Alex began playing with turntables in 1984, hosting his first parties with friends. In 1988, noticed by several managers, he was invited to perform in nightclubs. In 1995, he opened his first DJ school, and two years later, together with other artists, founded Diskotic Records, which in over 25 years has become one of the major references in the Italian DJing world.


Alex has performed across Europe and around the world. He passed on his knowledge to three generations of young DJs and continues to do so today, earning him the nickname "Maestro".


When asked what kind of music he plays, he simply replies, "There is no genre, only good music."
