Founded in 1908, the Chœur d'hommes de Chernex-Montreux - La Jeune Harmonie has spanned more than a century of history, enriching the regional socio-cultural fabric. Under the direction of François Brousoz, our repertoire has expanded, and the choir has taken part in numerous choral events in Switzerland and abroad, reaching the podium several times at the Fêtes cantonales des chanteurs vaudois, and winning the 1st Prix du Jeune Jury at the Concours Choral de Fribourg in 2009.


Today, with 35 active members, the mix of generations makes it possible to combine traditional and contemporary music. Rehearsals, led by our new director Andrea Longo, are so convivial that they often go on late into the evening!
