Safety
A well-organized system for your peace of mind
Our teams work tirelessly to ensure your visit runs smoothly. In close coordination with local authorities, emergency services and specialized providers, we’ve implemented a comprehensive prevention and response plan.
What that means for you:
- Visible, trained security staff: Present at all sites (Montreux, Vevey, and Villeneuve), easily identifiable and available at all times.
- Controlled flow of people: Secure pedestrian zones, clear signage and protected crossings ensure easy movement.
- First-aid stations: Professional rescue teams are present on all three sites, ready to act quickly if needed.
- Controlled access: Some areas may be regulated during peak times to ensure everyone’s comfort.
Prevention First
Prevention is at the core of our approach. Each year, our teams are trained to handle emergency situations (evacuation, extreme weather, unattended items, suspicious behavior, etc.) to ensure quick, coordinated responses at all times.
