The train is the easiest option (the station is 200m away). If you’re driving, follow the signs to the park-and-ride facilities (P+R) and take advantage of the free shuttle buses on weekends.

Access to the docks and street entertainment (such as the flying Santa Claus) is completely free. Only certain specific activities, such as the Santa’s House or the Ferris wheel, require a ticket.
Yes, absolutely. The platforms are flat, but due to the high volume of people on weekend afternoons, we recommend traveling in the mornings for easier access.
Yes, they are welcome on a short leash. For their well-being, avoid busy periods on weekends.

Credit cards are accepted everywhere. Most chalets accept cash and Twint. For drinks, glasses are returnable (CHF 2): return your glass to the designated stands to get your deposit back.
Restaurants accept reservations for groups of 8 or more.
Yes, you will find many vegetarian options (fondue, soups, etc.). For gluten-free options, please ask for advice directly at the restaurant.

Don’t miss the Flying Santa every day at 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m., with an additional flight at 4:00 p.m. on weekends.
